I’m Isaiah, a UX Researcher with 10+ years of experience studying how people think, learn, and make decisions. My background in education taught me to identify behavioral patterns, uncover root causes, and translate complex research into strategies that improve outcomes. Today, I apply that same research mindset to digital products.
Across e-commerce, digital wellness, and education, I lead mixed-methods research that combines qualitative insights with quantitative evidence to uncover friction, align stakeholders, and inform product decisions. I enjoy solving complex problems where understanding people is the key to building better experiences.
Outside of research, I’m also the author of The Crown, a book exploring the lived experiences of Black men in America. Writing has strengthened my ability to listen deeply, uncover meaningful stories, and communicate human experiences with empathy skills that naturally inform my approach to UX research.
